Saving children’s lives by making sure they have access to proper medical care. The Foundation can achieve this by: Supporting maternal and child health clinics. Providing vaccinations and basic health check-ups. Educating families on nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention. Ensuring rural communities have access to clean water and sanitation.

3

Train healthcare workers and educators

To improve services, the Foundation helps equip local health workers and teachers with the skills and knowledge they need. This includes: Organizing training workshops and certification programs. Offering continuing education or refresher courses. Partnering with medical and teacher training institutions. Supporting local recruitment and retention of professionals.

4

Advocate for policy changes in public health and education

Speaking out and working with policymakers to improve laws and systems related to health and education. Nyansaho Foundation may: Research issues and present data to government leaders. Funding Sources: donations, grants, corporate sponsorships

How Nyansaho Foundation can raise funds:

Donations: Set up online donation platforms (mobile money, card payments, bank transfers). Use emotional storytelling and real impact stories through social media, newsletters, and the website to encourage both one-time and recurring donations.

Grants: Identify and apply for national and international grants from governments, development agencies, and philanthropic foundations. Having clear proposals, measurable goals, and a track record of impact is key.

Corporate Sponsorships: Approach local and international companies for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) partnerships. Offer branding visibility, impact reports, and co-branded campaigns in exchange for sponsorship of specific projects (e.g., school kits, water wells).

Local Partnerships: Collaborate with local schools, clinics, churches, community leaders, and district offices. This increases reach, trust, and effectiveness of programs within communities.

Volunteer Networks: Recruit and train local and international volunteers to support with logistics, education, health outreach, and events. Use an online registration system and group them by location and skill.

Mobile Units: Set up mobile outreach teams (bikes, vans, or tuk-tuks) equipped to deliver services like mobile clinics, food delivery, education outreach, or water treatment to remote and rural areas.

8

Monitoring & Evaluation: impact assessment, annual reports

How Nyansaho Foundation can measure and report progress:

Impact Assessment: Collect data before, during, and after a project (e.g., number of children educated, families served, lives improved). Use surveys, field reports, and case studies to track progress and impact.

Annual Reports: Publish an annual report showing financial statements, donor acknowledgements, project summaries, success stories, and future plans. This builds donor trust and accountability.
